The Scheme is set up as a Trust governed by the Trustee. The powers of the Trustee is defined within the Trust Deed whilst the Rules determine how benefits are calculated and where the Trustee may use its discretion.

When there are questions about what is to be done, the trust documents must govern the Trustees' actions.
